You can then read about some causes and some remedies for issues that you might be experiencing with that competency. This is a book that I would most likely pull off the shelf a few times per year as I am trying to review my personal progress and trying to set goals for the upcoming months.

Essentially an index of any and all behavior based issues that arise in professional settings. For every issue, there is a multitude of ways one can resolve it. This book is a must-have for any leader naive or well-seasoned , across all industries, who may find themselves scrambling on a moment's notice to correct an employee's behavior or situation without spending a ton of or even a little time finding the answer.
